Workforce Development
Women With Vision, Inc. is committed to advancing workforce development through community-centered programs that provide individuals—particularly those from underserved backgrounds—with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve economic mobility.
Our initiatives focus on job readiness, skill-building, financial literacy, and professional mentorship, all designed to break down systemic barriers to employment and career advancement.
By collaborating with local businesses, educators, and workforce agencies, we create pathways that not only empower individuals but also strengthen the economic resilience of the East Knoxville community.
Women With Vision, Inc. hosted a community workforce development workshop to empower individuals with skills and resources for career growth. A huge thank you to John Camp, CEO of Knox Pride, and Jocelyn Fish, owner of South Press Coffee, for their generous support! Pictured above, they provided a delicious lunch for every session, ensuring our participants were nourished and energized.
